Pleasant first psychedelic experience

I chose a 3-day retreat at Sophrodelic. Ben was super helpful and caring when reviewing thoughts in therapy. Everything is flexible. I found Ben's home office to be a comforting and safe place to open up about thoughts and for this first experience.
Also, I'm omnivore at home, but do enjoy the fruit, veggies, and Jamaican food while you are visiting =)
